We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may result in a full service charge.

Yes! We love pets, but we do ask that all animals are secured or safely out of the way during the cleaning.

This helps ensure the safety of both your pets and our cleaning professionals. If your pet is not friendly with strangers, please plan accordingly.

Payment is due before service begins.

Please contact info@oceanfreshcleaning.com if unable to set up an appointment via our website. If payment isn’t received before the scheduled cleaning, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
